Comicfiesta is proud to announce the Booklet Comic Contest!
This year, we hope to show our rules and regulations through the art form we love most...comics! And what better way to get comics if not by asking our immensely talented artists right here in Comic Fiesta?
So, we have decided to challenge our artist community: to capture essence of the rules and regulations of Comic Fiesta in comic form. Join now to stand a chance to win fabulous prizes provided by our generous sponsors, and the grand prize winner gets the opportunity to be featured in our booklet, distributed to thousands of Comic FIesta attendees every year!

Contest Submission Rules & Regulations
* This competition is open to all participants.
* Closing Date : 17 October 2009 Contest has been extended till 26th October, 2009!
* Late entries will not be entertained.
* Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
* Works will be judged by a hand-picked panel of industry professionals (both CF and non-CF)
* All entries must be accompanied with the entry form.
* If the winner is unable to claim his/her prize, the prize will be passed on to the next person in line.
* Finalists to be announced a month prior of the event in forum. There will be 10 Finalists.
* Prizes are subject to change without any prior notice.
* The prize-giving ceremony will take place on Day 1
* Participants must submit full-resolution of their comic in digital form.
* Submissions can be sent via e-mail or snail mail (preferably e-mail).
* Submissions sent via snail mail, must be burned into a CD.
* Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. We are not responsible for any entries lost in transit. Please e-mail cf.comiccomp@gmail.com with the date the snail-mail was sent out so we may check if we have received it.

Technical Details.
1. All comic entries must be in:
o A4 Size (210 × 297 dimension)
o Resolution: 300dpi
o File format: JPEG file, full quality save (12)
2. Please use the following subject for all comic submissions via email: "CF09 BOOKLET ENTRY"
3. Each artist may submit only ONE entry under their own, personal name. Include your IC no, Address and Contact No.
4. Only stories based on the the following characters are allowed:
o Coffy
o Tea
5. All pages must be one story or closely interrelated stories.
6. There is a limit of 6 pages to the amount of pages that can be submitted.
The following rules MUST included in the comic. It will be advantageous for participants to express these rules in creative ways, yet remain easily understandable.
General Rules and Regulations:
NO VANDALISM.
NO SMOKING.
No food and drinks are allowed in the hall, EXCEPT plain bottled water aka H20.
No cameras allowed in the vicinity of the changing room and doujin market.
No live pets or animals.
Dangerous cosplay props (as deemed by the Comic Fiesta 2009 Organising Committee) will be confiscated
Please be polite and do not use vulgar language if possible.
Please obey the announcements and requests made by our Helpers and Committee members.
Those attending with small children, please keep an eye on your little ones at all times.
