I had just submited my form, and i have few question in mind. If i'm on duty, am i allow to take picture? like suddenly got some funny thing happen infront of me while on duty, can i take picture of it?

I'm also concern if the hall will be very cold or not, since i'm not so well in a very chilling environment. If it is going to be very cold, I'm wonder if I could wear a sweater or something like that that may cover the black shirt I suppose to wearing.

Well, the hall is fully air-conditioned, so please prepare yourself a sweater, I don't hope something like last year will repeat Some helpers were shivering to death (that's me )

takeall> Regarding the photos, I would prefer you to do so after your duty. ^^ And about the hall, yes, like potter have mentioned, the hall is fully air-conditioned. So if you want to wear a sweater, if you have a black one would be better (if dont have dont need to go buy ^^), if not then just any sweater will do as long as you attach the volunteer armband OUTSIDE the sweater/jacket. ^^

I have a few questions:

1) According to the first post, "Volunteers are given FREE ENTRY to the event." Say I only want to volunteer for one day...am I right to assume that I'll only get free entrance for that one day?

2) If I were to send the form via email/PM, must the photo (assuming that I attach it) be in printable size?
