Bhd. to announce that the ACGC 2009 Finale is postponed indefinitely (new date is currently unknown as all of us are also waiting for a confirmation from the higher ups) due to inevitable logistical circumstances and venue issues which involves decisions of parties of great importance to the event.
All of us are extremely in distraught to hear this news.

If u walk from KLCC, you will pass either from concourse floor or KLCC park. After concourse corridor, you will see escalator. Take the escalator, pass a automatic door then u will see exhibition Hall 5!!

Dear all,
Here are the rules and updates for the Doujin participation on ACGC 2009 Finale!
1. The price for one table for all 3 days (19th to 21st) is RM50. However, we are giving the first 10 registrants a fee waiver of RM15! Therefore the first 10 Doujin Groups pay only RM35. We will update the registered groups in order (from earliest to the latest) including their reserved tables (B49-B64) over here as and when we receive the email forms and payment.
2. The early 10 will also be given a chance to choose their table's placement at the Doujin Area from B49 to B64. Refer to Current Floorplan above.
3. ACGC strictly encourages each doujin group to participate for all 3 days. If however the Doujin Group is unable to make it for one, two or all three days, no refund will be given. Therefore, each registration automatically qualifies a Doujin Group's participation from the 19th to 21st of November.
4. The Doujin area is not inclusive of power points due the layout of the convention.
5. The measurement of a table is 2ft X 5ft / 6ft.
6. Currently, the maximum number of doujin tables allocated in ACGC'09 finale is 16 only. This includes the extra tables. For example, Doujin Group A decides to register for a spot with one extra table, two tables will be reserved for them leaving only 14 in total.
Extra Table?
An extra table is RM20 for all 3 days. ACGC suggests each group to confirm the number of extra tables required during the registration and submit the payment along with the initial registration fees.
Extra table(s) are not given fee waivers.
Extra table(s) will be placed adjacent to the main one.
ACGC reserves the right to position the extra table(s).

What's going on for you guys?
--- Here are the planned activities and stuff (finalizing all details real soon): ---
1. Cosplay Competition. The format and rules and regulations will be posted up ASAP. You guys can give ideas and suggestions too! There will be online registrations as well just like the previous ACGC in March 09.
2. Goodie bags. Cosplayers and doujin participants are entitled to goodie bags, prepared just for all of you. We're still working on this so that everybody has something to bring back home.
3. Rewarding Activities. Given if the situation is good, ACGC is trying to come up with simple and special activities for all cosplayers with lucrative rewards.
4. Talking about rewards, the prizes for the cosplay competition is now pretty different than before. Let's just say Leetgames decided that the winners should get this and decide what is good and nice for themselves! More updates on prize allocation soon!
* At the moment, ACGC is finalizing all plans for this event therefore more updates will soon be posted such as rules and regulations for Cosplay Competition, schedules and much more. Do keep yourselves updated with the upcoming information.
