CiB Xtreme Xposure Cosplay Competition

I have no affiliations whatsoever with the company. Just sharing info with everyone
Basically its an online game company something like SDO is holding a cosplay competition.

Date: Saturday, 6th March 2010
Time: 4pm - 6pm
Venue: Berjaya Times Square; Main entrance
Cosplayers are required to arrive 2hours before the competition
Genre: Solo Competition. Helpers are allowed.
Duration of performance: min time 3minits, max time 7minits
Type of performance: Be it singing or acting, you are judged by how you bring and act your character while performing as well as the detail of your costume.

Theme of cosplay i have no idea: Anime, Manga, Online Game. Yes, Games are allowed too.


PRIZE (oh yeah <3)
First place: RM1000 cash
2nd Place: Rm500 cash
3rd place: Rm300

According to the rules, contestants can cosplay characters from Anime series,Manga series and/or Online games(self created characters are not accepted) but they never say anything about video games(not online ones). I wonder is it allowed? *scratch heads*

Oh yeah, they said self created characters are not accepted so that means those characters you create to play the online game are not allowed to cosplay but most probably those NPC characters are allowed. I think this is what they meant right?

yeah.. of course you can, as long you bring & provide your own song /soundtrack can already
